PALLAVI GAUR

Psychotherapist

With over 9 years of experience in the mental health field, Pallavi Gaur brings a compassionate, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. She holds a double Master’s degree (M.A. and M.Phil. in Counselling Psychology) and a specialized Master’s in Developmental Psychology from the University of Toronto.

Pallavi supports individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, emotional regulation difficulties, and self-esteem issues. Her work with individuals focuses on helping clients break free from unhelpful patterns, build resilience, manage emotions effectively, and foster lasting personal growth. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness-based practices, and a trauma-informed lens to create a tailored experience for each client.

In her work with couples, Pallavi utilizes the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, manage conflict, deepen emotional intimacy, and rebuild trust. Her approach with couples focuses on enhancing connection and fostering healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Pallavi’s style is warm, empathetic, non-judgmental, and deeply rooted in a holistic approach to overall well-being — nurturing emotional, mental, and relational health. She is passionate about empowering her clients to heal, grow, and thrive across all areas of life.

If you're ready to feel more in control, heal from within, and create meaningful, lasting change, Pallavi is here to support you every step of the way.
